FOXLast week as Keith Urban checked out his new exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, he revealed that his father was receiving hospice care. Sunday night in a statement, the Australian superstar announced Robert Urban passed away this weekend.

“I’ve been deeply touched by the outpouring of love and support that Nic[ole Kidman] and I, and our family, have received since my Dad’s passing on Saturday night,” Keith said. “His long battle with cancer is now over and he is finally at peace.
