Big Machine RecordsBy the time Tim McGraw hits the stage for a two-hour concert, he’s already put in a few hours of intense workouts with his band and crew. That kind of training helps Tim make sure he’s giving the audience everything he’s got.

“I think that if you work really hard before the show, and you get conditioned that by the time the show hits that you’re really ready to go,” Tim explains.

Blue Chair/SonyKenny Chesney is chilling out at his place in the Virgin Islands this week after closing out his 2015 Big Revival tour over the weekend in New England. Kenny and his co-headliner, Jason Aldean, performed for more than 120,000 fans over two shows at the home of the New England Patriots, Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Kenny says of the trek, “There was so many unbelievable moments, so many great moments. So many moment’s we’ll never forget. All the faces. Everything.”

CMAKelsea Ballerini and Steven Tyler will be all over ABC Wednesday, September 9 to announce the nominees for the 49th Annual CMA Awards. The pair will announce the finalists in five categories that morning on ABC’s Good Morning America, where Steven will perform his new single, “Love Is Your Name.”

Greenroom PRDierks Bentley currently has two locations of his bar and restaurant, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, in his home state of Arizona. A third location is slated to open in Chicago in 2016. Though he’d like to expand the franchise further, Dierks is treading cautiously.

He tells the Cincinnati Enquirer, “What do they say, it’s like four out of five new bars and restaurants close. It’s a tough business to be in. I’m trying to be selective about the places we go.”

UMG NashvilleLauren Alaina has written and recorded the new song, “History,” especially for ESPN’s college football coverage this fall. Lauren and rock group Imagine Dragons were the only two artists selected to provide the soundtrack for ESPN’s college football promos this season.

“For a southern girl, college football is everything,” Lauren says. “I am so pumped to have my song used for ESPN’s college football coverage. Thank you ESPN for giving me something to make my boyfriend, dad and brother think I’m that much cooler!”

Webster PRJustin Moore often sings about his love of his home state of Arkansas, and now the state is returning the love in a big way. Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson presented Justin with the prestigious Arkansas Traveler Award in a recent ceremony in the singer’s hometown of Poyen.

The honor was introduced by the Arkansas General Assembly in 1941 to honor those who display a great love for “The Natural State.” Justin and his family moved back to Arkansas last year after spending several years living in Nashville.
