Sony Music Nashville/Blue ChairKenny Chesney broke his own attendance record with his show at Target Field in Minneapolis Saturday night. He first set the venue record in 2012 with 42,542 fans, then broke it in 2013 with 43,940 fans at his show. Saturday night, Kenny broke it yet again, playing to 44,152 fans. He played a second show there with Jason Aldean on Sunday night, too.

UMG NashvilleSam Hunt is the latest artist to join Taylor Swift onstage for a duet during her ongoing 1989 World Tour. The two teamed up Sunday night at Chicago’s Soldier Field to perform Sam’s country and pop hit, “Take Your Time.” Taylor posted a photo of the performance on Instagram, showing the two artists sitting next to each other on a park bench onstage. In the caption, Taylor calls Sam, “Such a star.”

Sony Music NashvilleMiranda Lambert is playing an acoustic show at Nashville’s 3rd and Lindsley Bar & Grill Tuesday, July 28. The club show is billed as Roadside Bards & Pink Guitars Unplugged, and Miranda says it’s a one-night-only show starring her with her songwriter friends Jessi Alexander and Natalie Hemby. Special guests RaeLynn, Clare Dunn and Courtney Cole are also on the bill.

Tickets are now on sale at 3rdandLindsley.com. Miranda played a similar club show at Music City’s Exit/In earlier this year.
