Broken Bow RecordsJason Aldean‘s mornings have gotten a lot crazier this school year since his oldest daughter, Keeley, started going to middle school. His younger daughter, Kendyl, is in first grade, but she doesn’t go to school until 8:30. Since Keeley’s class starts at 7:20, Jason drops her off first and then hands Kendyl off to his mother.

Warner Music NashvilleHunter Hayes and Lady Antebellum‘s Charles Kelley will perform at the Harvest Night event September 20 as part of the Music City Food and Wine Festival. Festival co-founders Kings of Leon are also on the bill for the show along with Jamey Johnson, Ashley Monroe, Michael McDonald and Nashville‘s Clare Bowen. Each artist will perform with the house band, The Long Players, made up of Nashville studio musicians.

Broken Bow Label GroupParmalee is set to perform their latest hit, “Close Your Eyes,” on FOX News’s Huckabee Saturday night at 8 ET. The guys also will be joined by the host, former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee, on bass for the performance.

“Close Your Eyes” is the follow-up to Parmalee’s #1 hit “Carolina.” Both songs are included on the band’s debut album, Feels Like Carolina.

Republic NashvilleFlorida Georgia Line has recorded a special version of their song “That’s What’s Up” for CBS’s SEC football coverage this season. The original version of the song appears on FGL’s upcoming album, Anything Goes, due out October 14.

Florida Georgia Line’s Anything Goes Tailgate 2014 is set for October 31 at the Jacksonville Shipyards in Florida. Footage from that performance will be broadcast the next day on CBS’s coverage of the Florida versus Georgia game. Warner Music NashvilleBlake Shelton‘s new duet with Barbra Streisand, “I’d Want It to Be You,” has been posted on People.com. The track is included on Barbra’s new duets album, Partners, but it’s not her first time collaborating with a country star. Barbra teamed up with Vince Gill for the duet, “If You Ever Leave Me,” on her 1999 album, A Love Like Ours.

Partners comes out Tuesday featuring additional collaborations with Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder and Lionel Richie, as well as a duet with Elvis Presley on “Love Me Tender.”

CMACountry star Lynn Anderson was arrested for driving under the influence Friday morning in Nashville following a car crash Thursday night.

According to Nashville ABC affiliate WKRN, the singer admitted to taking prescription medication and drinking alcohol prior to the crash. No one was injured in the crash, and Anderson was released on a $5,000 bond.

Anderson released a statement Friday saying, “I apologize for the choices I made and subsequent actions on Thursday evening that ultimately resulted in the accident. By the grace of God, I am very grateful that no one …read more
