Peter Kramer/NBCNew York City’s Rockefeller Center hosted an all-star musical event Wednesday night, before its famed Christmas tree was lit.

NBC aired Christmas in Rockefeller Center, featuring big artists singing classic holiday tunes. The Band Perry was there; they covered “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.”

Other performers included James Taylor, Sting, Michael Bublé, Andy Grammer, Pentatonix, Mary J. Blige and Carly Rae Jepsen.
