Sam performs his new single “Take Your Time,” the follow-up to his chart-topping “Leave the Night On” on the Late Show with David Letterman on November 24. He’s currently looking at adding dates to his Lipstick Graffiti Tour, as the first round of shows sold out in most cities.

Hunter Hayes is cancelling his Thursday night concert at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, as the nation waits for the grand jury decision on whether a police officer will be charged in the shooting death of unarmed teen Michael Brown in August, a case that has led to protests and unrest in nearby Ferguson, Missouri.

In advance of the announcement of the grand jury’s decision, the governor of Missouri has declared a state of emergency there.
