More than 60,000 fans watched Craig Morgan perform the halftime show Saturday at the Liberty Bowl, as Arkansas beat Kansas State.

You can check out the new “Evolution of a Great Song” exhibit from the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame inside the Music City Center. It features memorabilia and drafts of lyrics by iconic songwriters like Hank Williams, Bill Anderson, Johnny Russell and more.

The cBrian Armasountry community shared its love, support and condolences for the family and friends of Craig Strickland, after the body of the Backroad Anthem lead singer was found Monday. Strickland disappeared a week earlier after going duck hunting during a winter storm. The body of his friend Chase Morland was discovered on December 28.

Dot RecordsYou soon should start hearing the second country effort from Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler. Describing it as an “American up-tempo country anthem,” Dot Records is putting out “Red White & You” as the second single from the rocker’s forthcoming album recorded in Nashville.

The “Break up in a Small Town” singer was previously on the show in September of 2014, when he sang his first number one, “Leave the Night On.” Actor Christian Slater will also guest on the January 6 show. Brian ArmasThe body of Backroad Anthem lead singer Craig Strickland has been recovered, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Marine Enforcement Division. Search crews found Strickland’s body this morning, more than a week after he disappeared while duck hunting on Kaw Lake with his friend Chase Moreland.

Moreland’s body was recovered last Monday, as was the pair’s capsized boat. Craig’s dog Sam was found alive. Shortly before their disappearance, Chase tweeted about the severity of the winter storm the two were braving to continue with their hunt.
