ABC/Image Group LA There’ll soon be a new baby girl in Jason Aldean‘s family.

Jason and his wife Brittany announced the gender of their new little one this weekend on Instagram, in a baseball-themed reveal created especially for their older girls, 15-year-old Keely and 10-year-old Kendyl.

“Kendyl’s been… it’s the only thing she’s talked about for the past month,” Jason said at the beginning of the clip. Both older sisters correctly guessed they’d be getting a new baby sister, before hitting a baseball to reveal a cloud of pink smoke.

If things had gone differently, “A Guy Walks into a Bar” hitmaker Tyler Farr might be the one singing Jason Aldean‘s latest smash, “Drowns the Whiskey.”

“I was actually producing some sides on Tyler Farr, a couple years back…” Jason recalls, “And it was a song that I actually wanted to record on him. We ended up not recording it on him. And so, I told him if he didn’t cut it, I was gonna cut it. So I did.”

Of course, the other magic ingredient in the “Drowns the Whiskey” mix is Jason’s duet partner, Miranda Lambert.

BMLGAs Brett Young‘s “Mercy” tops the Billboard chart this week, the California native also got the news that he’s sold-out his first headlining show at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium.

“It’s been crazy to watch the momentum build every time we play live,” Brett reflects. “Last year I was lucky enough to headline a sold-out club tour and always dreamed of taking the next step to headline the Ryman.”

ABC/Image Group LA Eric Church‘s Desperate Man album won’t be out until October 5, but the North Carolina native is keeping his fans satisfied by supplying a steady stream of previews from the new record.

Preston Brust and Chris Lucas co-wrote their new single with Florida Georgia Line‘s Tyler Hubbard and writer/producer Corey Crowder.

ABC/Image Group LA Rascal Flatts was forced to end the Indianapolis-area stop on their Back to Us Tour before the encore on Thursday night, due to a safety issue.

“Last night a safety concern presented itself during the Rascal Flatts’ concert in Indianapolis,” the Hamilton Country Sheriff’s Office tells ABC Radio in a statement. “Venue staff and local officials followed standard protocols to ensure the safety of guests, the artist and staff. Law enforcement agencies are investigating the matter.”
