Shore Fire Media/Jimmy FontaineThis weekend, Zac Brown Band kicked off their Welcome Home Tour with two sold-out shows on the outskirts of the band’s home base of Atlanta, Georgia. At the same time, they also took advantage of the chance to shoot a music video for “Roots,” a track from their new project, also titled Welcome Home, which came out Friday.

Burke/Triolo Productions/Thinkstock Garth Brooks is on track to quadruple his sales record for Lafayette, Louisiana, which he set in 1992 at the Cajundome. He’ll return for five shows there with Trisha Yearwood starting June 23.

Billy Currington has joined the lineup for next Tuesday’s “Georgia on My Mind” benefit at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. Lauren Alaina, Chris Janson, Kip Moore, Michael Ray and more are also on the bill for the show, which will help raise money for the Georgia Music Foundation.

For their follow-up to “God, Your Mama and Me,” the duo is searching for lookalikes — specifically ones who can mimic their style from 2012, when they broke through with “Cruise.”

ABC/Image Group LA Florida Georgia Line will team up with John Legend at the upcoming Billboard Music Awards.

Tyler Hubbard and Bryan Kelley will perform their chart-topping hit, “H.O.L.Y.,” with the Oscar-winning R&B singer/songwriter. They’ll help him out on one of his tunes as well: “Surefire,” the current single from his Darkness and Light album.

Legend’s no stranger to country collaboration. In 2014, he came to Nashville to record an episode of CMT Crossroads with Lee Ann Womack.

FGL is the most-nominated country act at this year’s BBMAs, in the running for six trophies.
