River House Artists/Columbia Nashville Luke Combs‘ debut returns to the top of the country albums chart this week, thanks to the deluxe re-issue titled This One’s for You Too.

In all, it’s the fifth week at #1 for the North Carolina native’s first record. The set also claims his all-time high on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart, landing at #4.

The re-release of the album adds five new tracks to the project. The album originally titled This One’s for You came out a year ago.

Capitol NashvilleDierks Bentley collects the seventeenth #1 of his career this week, as “Woman, Amen” ascends to the top of the chart.

It’s the lead single from his ninth studio album, which just came out on Friday.

ABC/Image Group LA Fifty-six dogs now have new forever homes, thanks to the work of Miranda Lambert‘s MuttNation Foundation at CMA Fest.

One family even made the eleven-hour trip from Pennsylvania to adopt a pup in Nashville. Many of this year’s adoptees were christened with new country music names, like Lady A, Zac Brown, Luke Bryan, George Strait, Keith Urban, Dottie West, Tammy Wynette and Lambert.

This is the third year in a row Miranda’s nonprofit has set up shop at Fan Fair X inside Music City Center during the four-day CMA Fest. In all, 150 dogs have found new homes …read more

ABC/Image Group LA A former employee of Martina McBride and her husband John is suing the couple for $1 million, according to TMZ.

Richard Hanson says he ran the McBrides’ internship program until last year, and alleges the two forced unpaid interns to do menial tasks like clean bathrooms, deliver food, and set up and tear down equipment. He also claims John once sent two interns to his home with a loaded gun to check for an intruder.

Country Music Hall of Fame and MuseumLittle Big Town‘s new exhibit, titled The Power of Four, opens June 29 at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

Included in the display is Karen Fairchild‘s dress from her 2006 wedding to Jimi Westbrook, as well as her high school cheerleading uniform. Allister Ann Kenny Chesney will donate the money he makes from his new record, Songs for the Saints, to his Love for Love City Fund, to help the Virgin Islands rebuild after Hurricane Irma.

The eight-time Entertainer of the Year wrote the title track and another song called “Love for Love City” around the time the storm hit.

CMADuring CMA Fest 2018, Luke Bryan celebrated the tenth anniversary of his fan club “The Nut House,” named for the fact that the Georgia native grew up on a peanut farm.

As he told ABC Radio backstage at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium, “It’s been a few years since I’ve had the opportunity to do a fan club party. So just being there with my guitar and it not being very formal, just me playing songs that I wrote five years ago that I don’t even remember [and] the fans interacting with me….I mean, it was a fun moment.”

CMABrett Eldredge hosted one of the most unusual gatherings during CMA Fest year: a meet-up with his fans at a dog park. The Illinois native was surprised how many people showed up, though perhaps he shouldn’t be, given the popularity of his 2-year-old Weimaraner/Vizsla mix, Edgar.

So, at this point, Edgar’s the most popular dog in country music, right?
