Hunter Hayes Takes a Piece of the CMA Awards to Phoenix, Arizona

AtlanticExcitement about this year’s 50th Annual CMA Awards is spreading all the way from Nashville to Phoenix. Monday, October 24, Hunter Hayes will open a special exhibit at Arizona’s Musical Instrument Museum that pays tribute to the nominees and winners in the CMA Musician of the Year category.

The display will include instruments on loan from Country Music Hall of Famer Roy Clark, dobro master Jerry Douglas, guitarist Mac McAnally and fiddle player Mark O’Connor. The group has racked up an impressive 61 nominations and 25 wins among them in a half-century of CMA Awards.
