Academy of Country MusicFlorida Georgia Line picked up two Academy of Country Music Awards Saturday night, ahead of Sunday’s 52nd annual show.

The duo found out they’d won both the Vocal Event of the Year for “May We All” with Tim McGraw, as well as Single Record of the Year for “H.O.L.Y.” The ACM surprised Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley with the news during the ACM Party for a Cause: WME Bash at the Beach at the GO Pool at Flamingo Las Vegas.

ABC/Image Group LAQuite a few Nashville folks checked out Britney Spears Vegas show while they were in Sin City for this weekend’s Academy of Country Music Awards, including Chris Lane, who definitely had a concert experience he won’t soon forget!

The pop icon called the “Fix” hitmaker onstage during her set at The Axis at Planet Hollywood, and from there, things only got more interesting. Britney and her dancers fitted Chris with a harness and chains, before having him get down on all fours, as she walked him across the stage on a leash.

Academy of Country MusicSunday night in Las Vegas, the 52nd Academy of Country Music Awards make their debut in their new home, Sin City’s T-Mobile Arena. While the venue may be new, the hosts aren’t — Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley are old pros by now. Luke’s hosted three times before with Blake Shelton, and this will be his second run with Dierks.

Going into the night, Keith Urban stands to take home the most statuettes, as he’s nominated for seven awards. Miranda Lambert and Maren Morris are close behind, with six nods.
