“It’s just the right time for this song…” the South Carolina native shared on social media Wednesday, along with an extended behind-the-scenes clip of the song, called “Boy.”

“The first thing I saw when I heard this song was me and my daddy,” Lee reveals in the preview of his single. “Right after that I saw my little boys.”

CMAFor CMA Music Festival 2017, the Country Music Association is adding a new, free daytime stage to the schedule of events that’ll take over downtown Nashville from June 8-11.

The new venue will be located in the greenspace on the Riverfront near Ascend Amphitheater. It will be called the “Forever Country” Park Stage, in a nod to the CMA’s history-making video that recently won an ACM award.

ABC/Image Group LA Reba McEntire is set to headline the 20th anniversary fundraiser for Nashville’s Thistle Farms.

Titled “Love Letters,” the May 3 event at Music City’s Ryman Auditorium will support the two-decade-old organization that works to heal, empower and employ women who are survivors of trafficking, prostitution and addiction.

Jason Isbell and Nashville legend John Prine are on the bill as well. Tickets are on sale now at ThistleFarms.org.
