ABC/Image Group LA Before he became a chart-topping, million-selling, headlining father of two, Thomas Rhett was simply a music business kid whose parents made him work, even though his dad, Rhett Akins, had been successful as both a singer and a songwriter. The shop will showcase merchandise co-designed by Thomas and his friends, including fashions for men and women, in a …read more

ABC/Image Group LA Last year, Old Dominion picked up an Academy of Country Music trophy for New Vocal Group of the Year. So what would it mean to the five-man-band to hear their name called when the CMA nominations are announced Monday morning?

“Oh, we got that! We’re gonna clean up,” Trevor Rosen jokes, as lead singer Matthew Ramsey laughs.

“We do pay attention to it some,” Matthew continues, explaining OD’s outlook on the awards game. “You know, it’s not anything that rules what we do. But it is very cool to be nominated for that stuff.”

“It’s still kinda …read more

ABC/Randy HolmesAmerica celebrates Labor Day this weekend, and the holiday is another chance for country stars like Lady Antebellum to be thankful that they get to do what they love.

“Well, I started working on a career in music when I was sixteen. So both answers to that question is babysitting,” Hillary …read more
