ABC/Brett OronzioEric Church had such a great time at the 2016 BMI Maui Songwriters Festival, he’s headed back again.

“Last year’s event was one of the most unique performances I’ve ever had in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been,” he says. “I can’t wait to go back!”

This year, Jon Pardi, Maren Morris, Randy Houser and newcomer Ashley McBryde are just some of the Nashville songwriters who’ll head to Hawaii to join the Chief.

The third annual festival takes place November 29-December 2, with tickets going on sale October 6 at MauiSongwritersFestival.com.

ABC/Image Group LA Canaan Smith is gearing up for his Long Way from the Freeway Tour, which kicks off October 19 in Des Moines, Iowa.

The Virginia native will make close to twenty stops on the trek, with newcomers Jackie Lee, Chris Bandi and Eric Van Houten taking turns in the opening spot.

“Europe, get ready,” the Knoxville, Tennessee native tweeted. “The #YouLookGood tour with Lady Antebellum is coming for you! See you there?”

Kelsea will do six shows with Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, starting October 1 in Amsterdam and wrapping October 10 in London. It’s a return visit for the “Peter Pan” hitmaker, who played London’s Under the Bridge Club back in May to support her first British single, “XO.”
