Fake news: Blake Shelton blasts people spreading the rumor that he had a secret meeting with Paul Ryan

David Becker/Getty Images via ABCIf you think there’s a possibility that Blake Shelton had a secret meeting with House Speaker Paul Ryan at his Ole Red restaurant in Tishomingo, Oklahoma — well, the “I’ll Name the Dogs” singer wants you to know you’re just plain wrong.

Blake took to Twitter to set the record straight Thursday afternoon, after a photo of him with the politician sparked the rumor, as well as some criticism.

ABC/Image Group LAAs his single with the same name ascends into country’s top ten, Chris Young is extending his Losing Sleep World Tour that kicks off January 11 in Indianapolis.

The Murfreesboro, Tennessee native is adding a dozen dates in April and May, with Kane Brown, Morgan Evans and Dee Jay Silver joining him for the shows.

Pre-sales for the new dates start on Wednesday, with tickets becoming available to the general public on Friday.

Trae Patton/NBCBlake Shelton‘s main squeeze, Gwen Stefani, will be stopping by to spread a little Christmas cheer on Monday’s live edition of The Voice.

The pair will sing “You Make It Feel Like Christmas,” the title song they co-wrote for Gwen’s new holiday album. Blake will also guest on her holiday special, which airs December 12 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.

Then on Tuesday, season four winner Danielle Bradbery will return to The Voice to perform the track “Worth It,” from her sophomore album, I Don’t Believe We’ve Met, which comes out on Friday.
