By October of 2017, more than six million fans had turned out to see Garth and wife Trisha Yearwood in the United States and Canada, making it the biggest North American tour in history, according to his rep.

ABC/Image Group LALOCASH recently released their brand new single, “Don’t Get Better Than That,” and made the television debut of the song on December 29 during Live on Megyn Kelly TODAY.

The duo played “Don’t Get Better Than That” in front of a live studio audience in the heart of New York City and the upbeat number had the crowd clapping along throughout the entirety of their performance.

ABC/Image Group LASugarland announced their reunion shortly after they appeared together at the CMA Awards on November 8. Their new single, “Still the Same,” followed suit, marking their first single in over six years…and so far, it’s a success.

“Still the Same” has debuted at number 26 on Billboard‘s Country Airplay chart, and that’s a career-best for the duo, according to Billboard. Additionally, the song is currently at number 42 on Billboard‘s Hot Country Songs chart.

In September, news had barely broken that Country Music Hall-of-Famer Don Williams had died, before we learned that Troy Gentry had been killed in a helicopter crash the same day in New Jersey.
