Thomas Rhett is the “Star of the Show” when it comes to being polite

ABC/Image Group LA In the past, hit singer/songwriter Rhett Akins has said he’s most proud of son Thomas Rhett because of what a good guy he is. Now it’s official: TR is the nicest guy in country music…or at least the most polite.

TR has made the National League of Junior Cotillions’ list of the Ten Best-Mannered People of 2017. Thomas comes in eighth on the ranking “for inspiring fans through his music to value family, relationships, and, above all, character.”

ABC/Image Group LA Keith Urban will be one of the presenters at Sunday night’s 2018 Golden Globes.

It’s a fitting choice, since Keith’s wife, Nicole Kidman, is up for Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series or Motion Picture for her HBO show Big Little Lies, which happens to be the night’s leading TV nominee, with six nods.

Nicole also sings background vocals on her husband’s latest top-15 hit, “Female.”

You can catch the 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards Sunday night on NBC. Seth Meyers hosts the show, which starts at 8 p.m. ET.
