Upper Peninsula All Star Football GameMARQUETTE, MI – June 26th, 2014 – With the week flying by for these guys, the U.P. High School Football All-Star Game is only two days away!  With kids arriving on Monday, practicing on Tuesday, doing their skills challenge on Wednesday, and are now running a football camp out at Bay Cliff, you can say that the guys have been working pretty hard all week long.  With players coming from West Iron County to Sault Ste. Marie & St. Ignace, this week is a great week for the seniors who have worked so hard to play one last game in high school.

The rest of the week will be as follows:

FRIDAY 6/27

SATURDAY 6/28

Whether it was the Bench Press, the 40-yard dash, or the receiver challenge... there was an audience.

While some of these players will go on to play some college ball, the majority of them are playing their last game with the pads on.  The coaches have preparing their players all week long.  Teaching the kids different playbooks than most have used in their careers, and getting former opponents to play with one another, as opposed to against.

Yesterday was the Skills Challenge of the camp and the results (per U.P. Football All-Star Game‘s Facebook) are as follows

Devon Harris, Menominee   40-yard dash = 4.649 seconds
