Satisfy your blueberry cravings at Marquette’s annual Blueberry Festival!

Marquette, MI  –  July 26, 2018  –  The annual Blueberry Festival takes over the streets of Marquette for the 17th year this Friday, July 27th. Washington and Front Street will be closed off for a full day of blueberry specials and “blue” sales!

Join us in the streets from 10a – 7p for some delicious blueberry foods like specials at Yoop-Phoria or The Vierling Restaurant & Marquette Harbor Brewery’s seasonal Blueberry Beer. There will be local vendors selling hand made items as well as farmers with fresh produce including of course, mounds of plump blueberries!

During the afternoon the festival will feature live music on the center stage at Washington and Front Street. The “Blueberry Jam” with start at 1pm and continue until the end of the festival:

  • 1 p.m.- The Union Suits
  • 2 p.m.- Kurt & Kim
  • 3 p.m.- Will Kilpela & Friends
  • 4 p.m.- State 51 Band
  • 5 p.m.- Flat Broke Blues Band
  • 6 p.m.- Conga Se Menne

There will also be other musicians playing at more areas around Washington Street and a Youth Talent Show sponsored by Superior Arts Youth Theater from 11a-1p. There will also be pony rides, Abra Cadabra Arcade Jump, and food trucks like Rollin’ Smoke BBQ.
