According to Bayou Owner Tim Soucy, “We’re excited to hold this event to help raise funds to support the Hiawatha Music Co-op. We’re hoping for warmer weather so we can open up our big back deck, have a nice camp fire, and make it a really fun afternoon. They put on one of the best music festivals of the summer. We’re happy to be able to do something to help them out while at the same time provide the community with an opportunity to come out, have some fun, and hear some great music.”
