Obamacare

Marquette, MI - March 24, 2014 – Obamacare – 4 years Later

Obamacare Turns 4 – and Like Most 4-year-olds, Obamacare has a big appetite, no sense of responsibility, makes some people happy and makes the rest wish it would just go away. To be fair, there are SOME people who are better off under this plan… but they are far outnumbered by those who have been harmed by the law.

By some counts, this is a perfect government program. It was sold on a lie, alternatives (though offered) were NOT considered, it already costs more than planned, and there are more people in need since its passage than were in need when it was first proposed. The actual numbers are not available, which indicates the plan is even worse than we who opposed it predicted.

If people knew then what they know now, this bill never would have passed. That makes clear-thinking people like me angry… because we spent a lot of time trying to explain why the numerous alternatives were better, and why this plan would do more harm than good. Dim-witted people did not and would not listen. Poetic justice will be served when those people suffer the consequences of their actions… but the rest of us have to suffer too – That’s the problem.

More people without insurance… Those who are insured have lower quality plans which cost more… And those who require us to be part of this mess, are exempt from the rules (as are those who contribute enough to democrats in power) This is a liberal utopia… Good intentions and Horrible consequences… or as I call it… Democrat Party Rule.

This is a good time to revisit the Obamacare Song on YouTube.
