It was another wonderful day here on the Outdoor Show, and I got a chance to play some classic and new country and bluegrass for you! We also got some very good hunting and fishing reports from all around the Upper Peninsula.

Steve Koski, from Indian Country Sports out of L’Anse, MI was my first guest on Today’s Outdoor Reports. We got a chance to discuss how salmon fishermen have been doing on the Western end of the U.P. Bear and deer hunting also came up in our discussion, and we talked about how the bear harvest in L’Anse has been.

For my second Outdoor Report, I chatted with Jim from Marble’s Outlet, which is located in Gladstone, MI. He and I first discussed how hunters around the Gladstone area have doing for deer and bear harvests. We also got into a talk about fishing in Jim’s area. He told us that fishermen by him have been doing a bit better on rivers and near the mouths of rivers flowing into Lake Michigan.
