the postponement of Dierks Bentley‘s seventh annual Miles & Music for Kids event. The celebrity motorcycle ride and concert, which was to raise money for Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, was going to include music by Sheryl Crow, Brantley Gilbert, Chris Young, Craig Campbell and Cadillac Black.

“We have to postpone Miles & Music today because of dangerous wind & storms moving into Nashville,” the singer-songwriter announced on his website. “It’s the last thing we wanted to do but safety is the priority. HUGE thanks to all the fans, riders, sponsors & artists who always come out to support us and Vandy Children’s Hospital.”
