8/15/2013 Marquette, MichiganAlabama are celebrating their 40-year career with a new tour and new music. Now the band are offering one lucky fan the chance to win an autographed guitar via this exclusive contest.

 

The band are releasing a tribute album, ‘Alabama & Friends,’ on Aug. 27th. The new project features many of today’s top country stars giving their takes on Alabama classics.

 

Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Toby Keith and Kenny Chesney are just a few of the superstars who pay tribute to the group’s lasting influence. ‘Alabama & Friends’ includes new renditions of fan favorites including ‘The Closer You Get,’ ‘Love in the First Degree,’ ‘I’m in a Hurry (And Don’t Know Why)’ and ‘Tennessee River.’

 

Alabama have also recorded two new tracks especially for the project, which mark their first studio recordings together in more than a decade.
