I’m already up to 5 feet of snow on both ends of my driveway. Where will I put it all!?

Ishpeming, MichiganJanuary 18th, 2017 – After the storm that we had last Tuesday and Wednesday I found my driveway buried in nearly 2 feet of snow. Naturally, when you don’t have a snowblower you don’t feel like shoveling that much snow! That’s quite a load. It’s hard on your back and your body in general. There were drifts in my driveway that were half of my height… which is almost 3 feet. The plow bank at the end of my driveway in front of the road was also nearly 3 feet. It was wet and heavy. I cleared just enough to get out so my car wouldn’t get stuck.

Much to my surprise when I arrived at home after work last Wednesday night I found my driveway and sidewalk had been nearly cleared! I noticed that the tracks from the snowblower that had cleared my driveway came from my neighbors house. I thought that was very generous. This isn’t something that happens everyday. This was wonderful! It was so nice of my neighbors to help me out. Especially since I didn’t ask. A friendly helping hand goes a long way. I’d like to thank my kind neighbors for helping me out.. which I did. Maybe now I won’t be in so much pain.
