One of the greatest sporting events in the world begins today: The Masters

Marquette, MIApril 11, 2019 – I know a lot of people don’t enjoy watching golf on TV. They think it is boring, slow moving, etc. And I understand the critiques, it certainly can be at times.

But those people miss out on one of the greatest sporting events this country has to offer each and every year. The Masters. Truly a tradition unlike any other.

The greatest golfers in the world gather at one of the hardest courses on Earth to battle four days of rigorous mental exhaustion, where every single shot runs the risk of running you out of contention for good.

And do these players put themselves through this for the money? No, the money always comes second. The main goal is an incredibly ugly green jacket, but an ugly green jacket that forever puts you into golf lore.
