Paleo Diet Approved: Tilapia and Veggies

Marquette, MI  -  June 16, 2014 - Another Hot Mama Monday has come and gone for The Sara Cera Show on 103FXD. Nancy, one of GLR’s very own super Hot Mamas, attributes her hotness to working out and changing her diet. Nancy’s been following the Paleo Diet. What is a Paleo diet you say?

Paleo (or paleolithic) dieting is not a new thing, by any means! But like so many people, I have just been schooled recently on what exactly it is. The Paleo Diet has 15,000 years history and focuses on what foods to eat based on a hunting/gathering concept. It has taken getting back to the basics to a whole new level. The biggest challenge I would have when attempting to follow this diet would be the omission of grains. But, when  I spoke with Nancy regarding her success, she said it is easier than I may think!

Nancy has found herself completely rid of the desire to nap in the afternoon. She rests better, and most importantly feels better. She works out at Synergy Fitness 3-5 times a week and has had more energy to attack those workouts since changing her diet. Bonus: She’s meeting her weight loss goals! So a world wide web sized virtual round of applause for Nancy is in order- for being one Hot Mama!!!

Listen in every Hot Mama Monday to the Sara Cera Show 103FXD!
