Champion Street Bridge Work in Marquette Starts June 11

ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE: Friday, Aug. 31, 2012
PROJECT: Resurfacing and complete painting of Champion Street bridge over US-41.
TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS: The Champion Street bridge will be closed, and US-41 will have intermittent lane closures and traffic shifts. At times, eastbound large trucks will not be permitted to enter downtown Marquette through the roundabout at Front Street . Detour signs and message boards will direct these trucks to Washington or Grove streets.
