Dierks Bentley Cheers His Wife, Cassidy, to the Finish Line at the Boston Marathon.

strongDierks Bentley‘s wife, Cassidy, ran the Boston Marathon in just over three hours and 33 minutes Monday with a pace of about eight minutes-per-mile. Dierks wore a green t-shirt that said “My Wife Ran the Boston Marathon 2014” on the back as he cheered her on.

Before the race started, Dierks relayed a message from Cassidy via Twitter saying, “Make sure to say I’m thinking of last year and everything people have endured. Running for love.”

What makes Cassidy’s achievement even more impressive is she gave birth to their son, Knox, last October.
