Taylor Swift is on Forbes Top 10 Highest-earning Women in Entertainment List

October 6, 2011 – Country superstar, Taylor Swift, is among many noteworthy women on the recent list from Forbes of the Top 10 highest-earning women in the entertainment industry.  Taylor is among four others in a four-way tie for fourth place.  She has earned a smashing $45 million dollars between May 2010 and May 2011.  Among her in fourth place are Gisele Bundchen, Ellen DeGeneres and Judge Judy Sheindlin.

The number one highest-earning women in entertainment according to Forbes is Opray Winfrey, who earned $290 million!  Second goes to Lady Gaga earning $90 million and third goes to Bethenny Frankel, who earned $55  million from May 2010 to May 2011.

Taylor Swift self-made most of her millions with her music career.  Most of her success came from her successful ‘Speak Now’ world tour, and the 2010 multi-platinum album. ‘Speak Now’.
