Luke Bryan and Kimberly Perry To Host The Ultimate Country Music Fan Experience

With half of the U.S. population living 600 miles from Nashville, 450 artists and celebrities attending, 200 hours of live music, 30 hours of autograph signing, and activities for the whole family the CMA Music Festival is one of country music’s biggest nights.

The festival is going to be offered as a behind the scenes TV Special on September 17 at 8 p.m. on ABC. The three hour event is going to be hosted by Luke Bryan and Kimberly Perry from the Band Perry. So, yes we will have to wait a few months to see the broadcast, but we’ll get to see it! Just be patient.

Half of the net proceeds from the festival go to the ‘Keep the Music Playing’ organization which provides musical instruments and supplies to public schools. At last years festival 65,000 fans were recorded in attendance and they spent over $30 million in Nashville. So it is definitely helping the city as well.

“The entire town of Nashville turns into one big party,” Luke said. “And performing at LP Field becomes one of the best shows we play all year.”

Kimberly said The Band Perry loves the festival because it is a chance for them to hang out with their fans.

The festival starts June 7 and runs through June 10. Tickets for the CMA Music Festival are on sale at Ticketmaster or you can call 1-800-CMA-FEST (1-800-262-3378).
