Two Lucky Country Artists Will Perform at the Rock for the Heart Foundation’s- Heart Strings Show

Steel Magnolia and Sarah Darling Will Play at the Heart Strings Show in Pittsburgh in September

Only a couple country acts will get to perform at the Heart Strings show, put on by the Rock for the Heart Foundation, in Pittsburgh in September and they are: Steel Magnolia and Sarah Darling.

The Rock for the Heart organization promotes pediatric cardiac research. Sir Paul McCartney will also be premiering “NOVA” an orchestral adaptation composed by his late wife, Linda.

The 60-piece Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra will perform “NOVA” and it will also accompany Steel Magnolia as they perform Paul’s hit “Maybe I’m Amazed.” The orchestra will accompany Sarah Darling as she sings the Beatles, “Blackbird,” which she recently recorded for a Linda McCartney tribute album.
