Dustin Lynch has reached #1 on the Top Country Album chart!

When his self-titled album, “Dustin Lynch” was released on August 21st, it went to the #1 spot and stayed there for four day on the iTunes Country Albums chart. Now it is #1 on another chart and “Cowboys and Angels” has broken the top 10 on the Billboard charts and it has sold over 500,000 copies!

“I moved to Nashville nine years ago,” Dustin told The Boot. “I’m literally a nine-year overnight success. I dreamed of doing music my whole life. Garth Brooks was my hero, Alan Jackson, Clint Black, the whole class of ’89. Garth was always the frontrunner. He was just like a superhero to me growing up. He’s the reason I sing country music and I told him that when I met him.”
