I knew today I wanted to post something about hunting, so I went to michigan.gov/dnr and found this: The Pure Michigan Hunt!
I shouldn’t be telling you about this, so that I would have a better chance of winning, but I will anyways : )
The hunt starts March 1st of next year and you can apply right now! Three winners will get a license to hunt Elk, Bear, Turkey, Antlerless deer and 1st pick at a managed waterfowl area.
But that’s not all! The winners will also get a 2 day/2 night guided spring turkey hung from East Lake Outfitters, a Remington 870 12 GA shotguns from Lake Effect Chapter – MI Duck Hunters Association, a Sitka camo gear package from the Rocky Mt Elk Foundation, a 2012 Terminator crossbow package from Darton Archery, 30.06 Rifles from Michigan Gun Owners…no I’m still not done…personalized box calls, camo vests and turkey patches from the National Wild Turkey Federation, camo ground blinds from Ameristep, AND memberships and DU swag from Ducks Unlimited!
