chills will fall to as low as 20 to 30 below Tuesday night into
Wednesday morning.
Impacts…
* exposed skin can freeze within 10 to 20 minutes at wind
chills as low as expected through Tuesday morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions…
* a wind chill warning means the combination of very cold air
and wind will create dangerously low wind chill values.
BRRRRRR, I’m cold!
