“Our boosters rock!” says Rob Soyring, the athletic director at the Gwinn Area Community Schools. To date, the All-Sports Boosters have raised $48,000 this summer/fall with their business campaign. On Tuesday, September 16th, the Gwinn Area Community Schools will hold their first indoor home event to show off their brand new scorer’s table and enhanced sound system from the booster club.
In honor of our 70’s vs. 80’s Night – part of the booster club’s Restore the Roar Program – 7th and 8th graders get to flaunt some special apparel on the 16th. Seventh graders who come to the event get to watch the game sporting retro afros and the 8th graders will rock retro sunglasses!
