1/8/2015 Marquette, Michigan — What started off as just a minor sore in my throat has turned into a gigantic sore head! The flu bug (or the “Head Bug”) seems to be going around here at the radio station. About half of my co-workers are also sick. I guess we all can’t get away from work even if we try! So, how do we expect to get better if we keep going to work feeling under the weather?
Dee Dee, Luke, Nancy, Elmer, Tony, Joe, Bill, and Amy have all come down with some kind of flu bug. Once it starts, it seems to spread like the plague! Forgive me if I’m not quite myself on the air for the rest of the week! I am on antibiotics right now trying to combat the bug before it gets much worse!
It’s certainly hard to focus while you’re trying to multi-task. Walt told me to go home before he gets sick! The last person we want sick is Walt!
