3/28/2015 Marquette, Michigan USA — Elmer Aho was back on Saturday night with Elmer’s Pick Night during American Country Gold! It’s the first Saturday night since Elmer returned in November 2014 after his illness where he brought you Elmer’s Pick Night. It always happens the last Saturday of each month. It gives Elmer an opportunity to catch up on requests and dedications that have poured in over the past month or so; and makes it fair for every loyal listener of Elmer’s to hear their song during American Country Gold on 103-FXD. As Elmer Aho said “I do the pickin’ and you’ll do all the grinnin’ during Elmer’s Pick Night!”
Elmer Aho thanked you for holding off on your requests and dedications throughout Saturday night during American Country Gold. Despite the fact that Elmer wasn’t taking phone requests on Saturday night, the emails, Facebook requests, and text requests kept on coming through strong throughout the evening.
