4/3/2015 Ishpeming, Michigan — Brian Lillie! Looks like Brian has his early summer gift; a $6,000 Bedroom Makeover from Gwinn Furniture Outlet and the gang at Great Lakes Radio. This time Great Lakes Radio and Gwinn Furniture Outlet wanted to “Cure the Bad Night’s Sleep” and that’s exactly what we promised since the beginning of the year. Nearly 400 loyal listeners of the 12 stations of Great Lakes Radio registered and waited patiently to bust into the Red Rock Lanes in Ishpeming on Thursday night around 6pm. The doors broke down around 6:30pm and the waves upon waves of loyal listeners gushed into the Red Rock Lanes Banquet Center with high hopes on winning a complete bedroom makeover hand-picked by Dale at Gwinn Furniture Outlet.
You see, no one throws a party like Great Lakes Radio. The smiling faces and bursts of laughter on Thursday night was certainly proof of that. Don’t believe me? A game of bean bag toss (actually, we used mini pillows!) was played to determine the finalists leading up to the $6,000 Bedroom Makeover from Gwinn Furniture Outlet. Anticipation ran very high just before 9pm. Door prizes helped lift the suspense throughout the evening. Brian and the gang at Synergy Fitness was on hand at the Red Rock Lanes too.
Mama Russo’s helped cure the empty stomachs of nearly 400 listeners. They always deliver exactly that.. and with some of the best lasagna in the Upper Peninsula. Dale at Gwinn Furniture Outlet decided at the last minute to let the winner of the Bedroom Makeover choose their own style headboard along with a firm or soft mattress! WOW. Brian Lillie had the winning ticket in the Sunny.FM envelope. Brian knew the Station of the Year held the winning ticket. Brian Lillie walked away extra happy knowing he just cured the “Bad Night’s Sleep” from Gwinn Furniture Outlet. Way to go, Brian!
