Country newcomer, Mickey Guyton has kept her sights on becoming a singer. While attending Santa Monica College, Guyton was introduced to producer Julian Raymond, who connected her with Gary Borman and his partner Steve Moir, the company that built the careers of Faith Hill, Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum.

Mickey later moved to Nashville where she eventually signed with Capitol Records Nashville after three years of working in the music city.
Enter Brad Paisley. He is beginning his “Crushin’ It World Tour and chose Guyton as one of his opening act for his tour. Mickey filled in some big shoes recently when she performed a duet with Paisley singing “Whiskey Lullaby”. Alison Krauss sang the song with Paisley on his 2003 Mud on the Tires album.
Mickey was superb in her performance recently with Paisley at a recent concert in Raleigh, N.C.
