It was a gorgeous day to be outside today, and we got a chance to listen to some sweet music today! We heard some new alternative country, and we had a great Outlaw Cut today from Johnny Paycheck!
Our first guest on the day’s Outdoor Reports was Kevin Swanson. He’s a wildlife management specialist who works for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, and he specializes in bear, wolves, and cougar in Michigan. The first half of the report we heard from him was about bear and bear hunting season, and the second part focused on the confirmed timber wolf downstate.

My second guest for the day was Jim from Marbles Outlet, which is located in Gladstone, MI near Little Bay De Noc. The first thing we talked about during his Outdoor Report was the archery side of his shop. After that, Jim took off his archery hat and put on his fly fishing hat to tell us about how fishing in his area has been.
