I had a lot of request from ice fishermen to get the skinny on Lake Gogebic. So I called Pete from Settlers Co-Op in Bruce Crossing. He told us about the phenominal fishing for nice walleye and TEETER PIGS in shallow water. He explained where the term came from and we also got into ice conditions and live bait. He attributes the good perch fishing to the special regulations on jumbo perch.
