Marquette, MI – In and effort to prepare for the opening of trout season on Saturday, we spoke with Nick Simon at Superior Outfitters in Marquette. Nick gave us insight as to the streams that will be opening up for both steelheaders and brookie fishermen and passed along a few key suggestions for the anticipated conditions this weekend.
With the bulk of this year’s turkey season still ahead of us, we got Jay Anglin of Anglin Outdoors to talk advanced turkey techniques with us. He focused on how turkeys change behavior as the breeding season progresses, and how that should change some of your locating, scouting and calling techniques.
