Marquette, Michigan – June 2nd, 2016 – Last weekend I kicked off summer with you during Memorial Day weekend on 103-FXD and WFXD.com. Folks from every campground in the Upper Peninsula were listening to my show–American Country Gold–while they were around their campfires with family and friends. Each campground had a unique story to tell. While I wasn’t taking requests since it was Elmer’s Pick Night, folks sent me emails and Facebook messages letting me know how they were spending their Memorial Day weekend.
This upcoming weekend I’ll be back to the request line and will be waiting for your call between 7pm and Midnight during American Country Gold on 103-FXD and WFXD.com. This upcoming weekend also looks cooler than Memorial Day weekend. I probably wouldn’t recommend you take the horse out of the corral on Saturday night during the Western set at 8pm. I’m also happy to bring you the Train set at 10pm! I brought that back about a month ago by popular demand!
