Marquette, Michigan – July 30th, 2016 – It was great to be back full steam on American Country Gold Saturday night from 7pm to Midnight on 103-FXD and WFXD.com. My working partner Eric took a couple of Saturday nights off from the show–as a result I had to take the night off as well. My last show was on Saturday, July 9th. While I was away many folks sent emails, called, Facebook messages, and even sent snail mail to the radio station. I greatly appreciate all the concern while I was away from the show. I was able to catch up on some much needed rest, and spend time with my family while Eric was away.
I lugged in about 75 pounds of vinyl in preparation for a busy night on American Country Gold–and extremely busy it was!

As I mentioned before I receive requests and dedications from all over the world! From 8 months old to 108 years old.. I’m amazed by the age gap of listeners! Farm animals are even enjoying my show. Carolyn from Negaunee sent me a Facebook message saying that a pig by the name of “Arnold” from the Calumet area listens to my show on Saturday night! So, just for Arnold, I sent out “Cincinnati Dancing Pig” by Red Foley just before 11pm on American Country Gold! Thanks for listening, Arnold! I appreciate you listening.
