Marquette, MI – April 26, 2018 – The Up North Lodge’s annual singing contest, Sing It U.P., wraps up this week with the final night of performances. The judges will be hearing from the final six contestants one last time before picking their first, second, and third place winners. The grand prize is $1,000 and free ribs for a year with the second and third place winners also receiving a cash prize.
Singing this Saturday at the Gwinn restaurant will be Gary Hagerman, Elizabeth Carrothers, Elaine Heath, Robert Kemp, Molly Ann Slovinski, and Deanna DeValve. Everyone except Robert Kemp sang on the first night of auditions and has been holding their place in the competition since, with Kemp joining after the second set of auditions on Saturday, March 17th.
