Marquette, MI – March 26, 2019 – While at the gym yesterday, I unfortunately hurt my shoulder. Didn’t feel like anything serious, but some good soreness for the rest of the day.
I didn’t realize how much it would affect my sleep. I could not get comfortable, and I routinely kept waking up in the middle of the night due to shoulder pain.
Eventually it was so bad that I was up 2 hours before my alarm to take ibuprofen to help with the pain, and then could not fall back asleep.
So today, I am a walking zombie. I should apologize in advance to my coworkers…
