Marquette, MI – November 13, 2019 – Another round of snow blanketed the U.P. on Wednesday, but Adam Carpenter wasn’t complaining. He was too busy bringing you another edition of The Outdoor Show! Deer season is just a couple days away, so as you might expect, that was the focus of the show on Wednesday afternoon.
Adam’s first guest was Colter Lubben from the Escanaba office of the DNR. Colter had just recently bagged a deer, so he was happy to tell his story to the listeners.
Cody Norton, a large carnivore specialist from the DNR, was the second guest on the show. Cody recapped the bear hunting season, plus he had a deer hunting story of his own.
Adam and Steve had another great Big Boy Sports Recap on offer for Wednesday’s show. They talked about the Red Wings’ three-game winning streak, NFL news, the NCAA football playoff rankings, and Craig Counsell not winning the NL Manager of the Year award.
