This week’s Backstage Country host is Lainey Wilson!
Laney Wilson is an award-winning American country singer, songwriter, and actress. She started performing at a young age and released her first EP, Country Girls Rule, on Myspace while still in high school. Her self-titled debut album came out in 2014, followed by Tougher in 2016, which was her first album to appear om Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart! In more recent years, 2024 Lainey Wilson was named the Academy of Country Music’s Entertainer of the Year.
