Marquette, Mich. – Upon completion of their new renovations, Tadych’s Marketplace celebrates its official grand reopening on Oct. 5th, 2023 with tons of party favors, and a ribbon cutting to top it all off. With sample tables set up in every department of the store, as well as huge inflatable basketball and other games for the kids, the store was bustling with ecstatic customers and employees alike. Employees were even handing out carnations to visitors. Tadych’s Marketplace knows how to celebrate!
Before the ribbon cutting, we heard from the store director Dan Parvu and others. Parvu expressed his appreciation for the patience of the customers, the hard work of the Marquette Tadych’s team, and the excitement of the new renovations. These new renovations include the U.P.’s first Caribou Coffee, new flooring, self-scan checkouts, a bolstered floral dept., and a redesigned produce section. With the market originally opening in 1989 – this is a great way to commemorate the continuation of its long legacy.
